Always friendly staff management is amazing any problem I have they fix it with very little hassle of any at all. The staff are friendly and store is clean!

Worst Wendy's ever the food they serve is really old and both times I've been their my order has been wrong first time complete wrong order second time old nuggets no sauce and they forgot a cheeseburger.VERY POOR SERVICE.I left a message cause they never answer the phone and they never returned it.

I have Celiac Disease (a severe gluten allergy) and am limited to the restaurants I can chose from. I've been to an uncountable number of Wendy's and never had a problem. With that being said...

When I went to this location, all I ordered was a baked potato. The manager was SO RUDE to me and made me feel so extremely uncomfortable. The MANAGER! I was given an eye roll when I asked her to have the cook change their gloves. I would hate to see how she handled more complex orders.

I know allergies can be a hassle. But this person chose to be in the food industry.

If you have allergies, I would drive to the next Wendy's and bypass this one completely. I will never step foot in that location again.

The quality of the food, preparation, and getting what I ordered... Terrible! My wife and I have frequented this Wendy's location for several years.. We don't know what has changed but whatever it is has had a huge negative impact. The quality of the hamburgers used to be great.. always got what I ordered. Today I order menu item #1 with Mustard only. What I got was a very poorly prepared sandwich, sloppy mustard, and Two pieces of cheese. The last 4 times during the last 6-7 months has been this way. We will NEVER go back to this Wendy's location and do not recommend it to anyone. The owner and management apparently could care less and it shows. Several of our friends have had the same experience as we and will not return. If this Wendy's owner is trying to figure out why the revenue is down all they need to do is look at the lack of management and quality control. It is obvious that no one cares so why should I.
