08/19/2015 6:19 amDo not go here. The experience was thoroughly dissatisfying. My order was wrong. I go back. I leave and get home to discover that my 6 pc. Nugget has 4 pcs. I call and politely ask for my order to be fixed tomorrow and was met with a poor attitude and a belligerent manager named Janet. |

I called today about my incorrect order and they were not willing to do anything to correct it. They were rude on the phone and I will NOT go back again. Ever! |

07/18/2014 2:40 pmWhat a joke. This place is so staggeringly filthy! The only thing worse than the state of cleanliness and the HUGE attitudes of the employees is the food. The chilli is like water, the lemonade is diluted, the portions of bacon and every single other meat on the menu are shorted.....oh god there is not ONE thing right in this store! If you can imagine a shortcut, these people take it. I saw the manager (her shirt was not a polo shirt like everyone else's) drop a piece of cooked meat on the floor. She didn't notice me watching her as she picked it up, BLEW ON IT, and put it on someone's sandwich. I was in there with four kids and their mom. I demanded my money back on the spot, which that same manager whined(actually made a whining sound)about, and we left. Will NEVER go back. EVER. These people are crazy. |

08/24/2013 4:04 pmManager Roberta (Robbie) Joseph refused to resolve a customer service issue with me. I've never had any serious problems at this location and certainly not with any other employee. Miss Robbie refused to refund me my money and the end result is that I paid for food I never received. I don't know when it became Wendy's policy to steal from their customers but last night instead of peacefully having dinner I was swindled and embarrassed. |
