Wendy's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

The last two times I have visited this location the entire experience has been awful.
The last occurrence was on the 23rd. In which we were in the drive thru ordering, the employee was rude. There was a broke down car in the drive thru blocking traffic to the first window and none of your employees were decent enough or could gather enough brain cells to see this was causing problems for your business. Myself and my friend pushed that lady's chevy tahoe out of the drive thru, I went to hand the cashier my debit card for payment and snapped back rudely, "you have cash, right?" the employees forgot about us completely while we were in clear view of the second window pushing the tahoe out of the way. we had to yell at them through the window, and walk up to get our food while there was another car at the second window. And once again was rude as hell giving us the food.
Tonight, behold a empty parking lot and drive thru, and they still manage messing up my order. Simple #8 club chicken, add mayo. We received the sandwich with no tomato or lettuce. Basically got a dollar chicken sandwich. I will be letting the rest of my friends know to avoid wendys. Although, I am pretty sure they know from their terrible experiences too how shitty it is. Fire everybody and burn the building down. Service has been consistently worse over the last 3 years....

Well, Wendy's is among the better of fast food and this one is no exception. Usually clean, prices are slowly creeping up like all fast food (I miss the days of a complete upsized meal for $5) but overall a decent place for a quick, inexpensive meal that will meet or exceed your expectations.

Good, quick service, hot, fresh food.
