Wendy's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

It's Wendy's. It's Fast food. They do have a late menu so for those who want some food late, it's your best bet in the area. Often have to wait for your fries to be cooked.

Food:

Cold food and rude employees.. My second and last visit. I thought I would give it another shot a year later and it's the same terrible experience. I feel like it's mismanaged and they have lazy people working there...I don't usually review anything but it was bad enough so here I am..

Food:

The worst in fast food. Rude employees, received half of my order, and what I did get was cold. Wasn't given a receipt (I believe on purpose), and when I pulled around to get the food that was left out I was told," You didn't order that." - by the manager. Good luck trying to complain to corporate. No receipt, no complaint accepted. Stay away from this dump.

Every time I go to this Wendy's it has always been disappointing. From the rude and tasteless employees to them always getting my order incorrect. The old black lady who gives you your food was in such a nasty attitude one day she spilled my ice cream cone in my car and didnt apologize or offer to give me a new one

Horrible service. Incredibly long waits in the drive through 10 plus minites
