Wendy's, Jacksonville, Florida Restaurant Details

I work here so now it's a great atmosphere in the store and in drive thru. We will make you feel welcome.

Staff was surprisingly incompetent. They managed to both overcharge me for my (not even remotely complicated) order and to not even give me everything they overcharged me for. I even had to go back to get an item they forgot to give me, and my order still wasn't right after that. But rather than cause any trouble, I decided to just let the few dollars they overcharged me and their screwups go so that the people behind me in line didn't have to be inconvenienced by waiting any longer.

This Wendy's is in a place full of other fast food restaurants. Go to one of them is my advice.

Very inconsistent in food and service.i spoke to upper level mgt and obviously did not sink in

Ordered a salad, according to cashier lady, they only give you croutons if you ask for them. Hummmm... glad I noticed
