Wendy's, Kansas City, Missouri Restaurant Details

Food:

There has been ONE time I had decent food here. I think it's one specific manager that actually cares and the rest d.g.a.f!

Food:

Oh my gosh! Slowest service inside and out. I don't know why but occasionally I jump into the drive thru thinking something might be different but it never is. I've left the inside before too because the same girl is taking orders, bagging food and taking her sweet time

Food:

Worst Wendy's in the are . Typically twenty minute waits regardless of the line. Staff can't grasp requests, during lunch hour was given the wrong order twice in a row. The inside is dirty, everything is sticky..like a baby that's played with ice cream sticky. Just nasty..

Food:

Slow. Very slow. Employees are not professional what so ever. Most the time they are acting like a monkey circus in there, no helping customers. Not going there again.

Food:

Easily the worst Wendy's in the state. It takes 20 minutes to get your food regardless of what you ordered or how busy they are. I can't express enough how slow they are, 20 minutes is the minimum amount of time you'll be waiting for your food.

The cashier also has to stop taking orders to make orders because the management has the business skill of a chimp.
