Wendy's, Kansas City, Missouri Restaurant Details

Food:

Burgers were cold and buns were hard! This has happened a couple of times. I will take my business to N. Oak and give them a shot.

This location is a joke, they can't even cook eggs for breakfast. Mine were raw in the middle with shell mixed in and a tablespoon of black pepper on top of a black burned biscuit. The manager said he would eat it. Also they were not busy at the time i was the only customer.

Got a Strawberry Chicken salad. Opened it up to find only one cube of chicken and two uncut strips of bacon on it :/ So I parked the car and walked inside with the salad in hand and was greeted with a big "Uh oh!" from the cashier when she saw it. They made a new one and all was better. Starting sometime in last few months this particular store has gone downhill.

Do NOT visit this branch during on your lunch break. The first time I went there I waited 25 minutes for my burger. Not a combo, just a plain chicken burger. Yes, it was very busy but seeing the family of 5 order after me, receiving their food, sitting down, eating it and leaving before I got mine was just plain annoying. The second time I went there they got it down to 15min waiting time but still...that's not FAST food.

WARNING. I love Wendy's and the brand but I will not be back here for quite sometime. I saw two staff members preparing food without gloves on. I understand it is fast food and isn't ever going to be as good as a Red Robbins or other restaurant but that is disgusting.
