I have visited this location on several occasions and each time i have had a problem (idk why i keep going back i guess in hopes of a different service. They have served me cold nuggets, left me at the speaker for 5mins (i had to call and tell them there was a line at the speaker) and are always out of specific menu items. The worst Wendy's in the midwest

About every morning during my work week I go through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. Some days I go for lunch as well. This location is close to my place of employment as well as my home.
You have a person working there named Sally. Time after time, she comes off rude and very condescending. When I learned that this person is a manager, I was absolutely blown away If I hear her sarcastic "have a nice day" one more time, I may scream. Rarely do I get a total for my order at the ordering screen. this is quite frustrating. I have shopped at many other Wendy's locations and this store has so many issues it is unreal. I will stop visiting this Wendy's for my morning option. It wouldn't be as bad paying nearly $4.00 for a breakfast sandwich or nearly $3.00 for a biscuit with gravy IF it was coupled with great service, but with Sally, that may never happen. If I order "biscuit and gravy, she corrects me and says " you mean a gravy biscuit"...really? Just very unhappy with this person at this store, there are others, believe me, but this one is the worst offender.

In this area, there are many other places to get a breakfast item. But as for me, I am out on this Wendy's location. In my younger day, I managed a very popular fast food place. This person Sally, would never have been considered for management. Period.

What you need in that store is a cheerful, polite, pleasant person who is friendly and gets to know the regulars. It makes people feel special. A great smile and sincere thank you will go a very long way to a customer so they feel important. What you need is someone who can motivate the crew to clean up the place, make it fun in the fast pace of the day.

just went there today, July 3, 2014 around 8:30 pm. When I walked in there was ketcup splattered all over the floor. I approached the counter and had to wait a couple minutes before a girl came to take my order. I got no, "hi, how are you? " I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and a jr frosty. I paid.......and then had to wait nearly 12 minutes to get my single item and they werent even busy! As I was waiting the unhappy, pregnant girl was getting frustrated and even said, "if people dont stop pissing me off I'm gonna go off on them" ... seriously? outloud?...I told her its part of customer service and she shouldnt show the customers that she is frustrated or "pissed". when I finally got my order she puts it on the counter instead of handing it to me and I asked if the frosty was vanilla and she said,.." you said chocolate" and I replied, " it needs to be vanilla and you DIDNT ASK what flavor I wanted.".. I usually dont let one bad incident stop me from going to a restaurant, but when it happens every time I go there, I think I will just drive the extra 3 miles to the one on Armour Rd. At least they "pretend" to treat me as a valuable customer
