If you want unsweetened iced tea, there's no extra charge. If you want sweet iced tea, there's an extra charge. I've never seen this at any Wendy's. So here's a 1 star rating for the genius manager that came up with this idea.

I ordered a small frosty and there was a plastic bag at the bottom of my frosty. No joke! How in the world is that possible ?
