Found something in my burger that wasnt supposta be there . How gross and disturbing

I ate at this Wendy's for the first time a couple of months ago since hearing about the whole finger thing. I ordered a baconator ,waited quite a while for fresh food ,got my burger and there was a long thick piece of hair sticking out of the side of my burger ,it looked as if it was melted with the cheese I was instantly grossed out. I went back to the counter and told the cashier there was hair in my food. She did apologize and fixed me a fresh one but By then I was grossed out and lost my appetite and left.

I seriously ordered a salad, for which they said would take 8 minutes to prepare. Twenty-five minutes later, I'm wondering if the salad I ordered is coming, or what?
In conclusion, I waited over 3x the time I was told it would take to prepare a simple salad. Not impressed...

Cold frys cold nuggets cold burger i wanted to ask if they happened to have any hot food in there by any chance but the girl at window was mad dogging me so didnt want my to send food back she looked like she might spit in my food
