Wendy's, Las Vegas, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

worst fast food restaurant experience ever!!! they're rude in the drive thru, violent in the dine in, slow service, cold food, and when you try to talk to the managers, they blame you for the service treatment. I have talked to several of my co workers ( one of which saw a roach in the dining area, and over heard the employees talking about a rat problem?) Eat here at your own risk!

Food:

Sandy didn't pay attention while we placed our order in Drive-thru, asked the same question 3 times, and then proceed to yell "what's it going to be 4 or 6?" through the speaker. When we got to the window, she ripped the card out of my hand and then shoved a pen out the window while talking rudely about me to her co-worker. She then told me I had to pull forward and the food would be out when it is out..."
I really hope I caught her in a bad mood and this is not her daily personality or how Store 4 Wendy's allows their employees to treat customers. I am disappointed in the customer service and won't be returning anytime soon.

Food:

Worst drive thru service. Rude cashiers. The speaker is crackly. You can barely understand the drive thru people. They practically throw your food at you without so much as a smile. And... That is all with the manager standing next to them.
