Wendy's, Long Beach, California Restaurant Details

Bellflower and Stearns, Long Beach. Waited 20 minutes to be waited on plus five more to be served. Found a 5 inch long hair in my burger. No more Wendy's for me.

Wendy's in general is one of the better fast food chains. .. and I don't hate myself even before I finish eating it lol. This location, however, is the worst I've experienced. .. to the point where I don't even want to eat at Wendy's anymore. Apparently. .. no one there seems to speak or understand English. .. seriously. They don't know what they have on their menu(I.e. ask for "baconator fries" and proceed to describe the item and then be told. .. "we can give you fries and then put cheese and bacon on them...der, der, der(lol)." Or ask for a "dill chicken" sandwich...same scenario and be told "we can put extra pickles on the chicken sandwich. ..der, der, der" Sent My 9 year old to get 2 cups of water and a value fry. Gave him $5 and get back just a few cents. Go up to the counter and find they've charged him for 2 bottled waters and a medium fry. He might've got the fries wrong... but when we're sitting and eating in the restaurant. ..I don't believe he went to the counter and ordered bottle water. I REALLY REALLY hate when establishments employ people that will rip off a little kid trying to order. Just sickens me. At any rate. .. I'm done with this place!!

Used Drive Thru. It not only took them 30 minutes to serve 3 customers, but they got my order wrong, overcharged me for food I did not receive, and my food was cold.

Called them to complain, but no one picks up the phone. Good job guys!
