Wendy's, Memphis, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Food:

My children's 4 pc nuggets only had 2 each. That was fixed because I was still at the window when it was discovered. The woman who handled the mistake just seemed mad that she has to give us the missing nuggets. My burger toppings were all wrong. I also did not get my receipt. This place is awful.

Food:

Pull up to the drive thru while it was raining, so when I pull to the 2nd window as usual they tell you to pull over as park. It took them 10 minutes to bring my food out because of the rain and then frys were cold.

Worst Wendy's in the US! First time we stopped here it took 30 minutes for our food to be done. 2nd time 7/18/15 at about 2:30 the lady in the drive thru was so rude we drove off instead of completing our order. If you hate your job that much then quit. Pathetic.

The worst Wendy's in Memphis. The people there were very rude, my food was cold, and when I called somebody put me on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Then I called back, I asked a simple question and some itch said NO in a mean and nasty way. It was terrible

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This is my second time going to this Wendy's. There will NOT be a third. Both times I was asked to pull up and both times my sandwich was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted on it. This time, they asked me to pull up because they had fries cooking, so I did. When I got my food home, my fries were hot but once again, my sandwich was cold, cheese not melted and the bread stale. It's 11:17 and I have to work in less than 15 minutes. I don't have time to take it back. Money wasted.
