Wendy's, Minneapolis, Minnesota Restaurant Details

Food:

We usually come here all the time and recieve great service. Unfortunately the lady who gave us our food was extremely rude. She said "one more bag" and I asked if this is our order because we haven't received anything & didn't want anyone else's order. She got really mad and said that she knows what we ordered. She knows what she's talking about and not to tell her how to do her job then shut her window. Geez woman I asked a simple question and I wasn't rude to you. she threw the rest of the order at us. Not going there again.

What a joke, you people think you deserve higher minimum wages.... don't question orders when someone says no bun because of an allergy, don't laugh at your customers make them a burger with no bun..... don't make me wait to place my order while all 4 of you idiots laugh and giggle with each other at 11:30 at night... I recommend you hire new employees, I'm sure its not difficult filling those spots... avoid this location.

Came here with my boyfriend, we were going to go through the drive through but decided to go in where we had the pleasure of meeting a woman named lisa . Her customer service and charm had us smiling the whole time. Best customer service i have experienced.

I went to Wendy's in bc because I was craving some chilli got there and they didnt have it because they were too busy to make it ....something is wrong when your too busy to cook the food you sell.

My autistic son gets the same thing every time we go there. His order has to be right or he won't eat. 2 Jr Cheeseburgers w/ketchup Large Fries His cheeseburgers came with everything on them. He always gets the same thing. I checked to make sure everything was right on the screen. I wish that I could say that this was the first time but it is not. I tired calling 5 times but no answer. The next day I went it and spoke with the manager, Jose. He was very nice. He replaced the order without issue.
