BEST WENDYS IN MANHATTAN PERIOD FULL STOP.!!!
Being a 90's kid Wendy's was always an option, being a transplant to this city you learn to appreciate not having to pay prices over the roof for being able to get hot food and sit down.

FIRST THINGS FIRST AND WHY OTHER REVIEWS ARE FULL OF IT. THERE IS NO DRIVE THRU, THAT REVIEW WAS A LIE!!!, second, THERES HOBOS THERE, SO WHAT?
NEWSFLASH!! THEYRE EVERYWHERE IN THE CITY (the 168th location even has a homeless door opener that some people find so repulsive and cant even eat there)
at least they dont discriminate like other places (the campbell apartment in grand central wont even let you in without a suit or if you have sneakers or a hat) if they really bother you so much you can talk to the manager and they will get them out because you simply cannot eat because theres another human being sitting there and is maybe not as well off as you, you should just stick to 5star restaurants and 5 star hotels where hobos are not allowed but youll be paying a pretty penny, you like to complain but youre not willing to shell out the cash in this saturated city.

NOT only is their food perfect and albeit a bit pricier than other wendy's my orders are ALWAYS right, they also have breakfast and ive had problems in other wendy's not posting their breakfast hours and arbitrarily changing them (8th avenue & 57th)

One time the manager even called up the 57th location to tell them their hours were wrong and how dare they not post their breakfast hours.

If youre from out of town AVOID THIS PLACE, in fact avoid new york altogether if you cant afford a 5star hotel/restaurants/room service/chauffeurs etc, if you live in town this is the BEST Wendy's of the city, they open at 7am (even jan 1st i was there) and have a hot breakfast waiting for you!!!. (breakfast 7-10:30am) wont break the bank and will have you about your day before a foreigner can get there in public transit from times square.

Food:

Say what you want about fast food, but this Wendy's is superb!! The staff is so friendly and the food seems much fresher than other Wendy's and even most restaurants. Try the pretzel chicken sandwich. Travel the world and you'd be hard pressed to find a better chicken sandwich. And of course, don't forget to order a frosty float with diet soda!

Most unpleasant experience at any Wendy's establishment ever!
I personally adore Wendy's as a legendary establishment. grew up supporting them. I frequently purchase yearly Trick or Treat coupons almost every year, Frosty's are the best!
However, this past weekend I visited this branch of eatery and lost my appetite because of the undesireable gathering of apparent hobo's. The visual was unfortunate, Unkempt tables, full trash bins, & barely no place to sit due to the annoying crowd.
These fellow citizens appear to just be chilling instead of patronizing the establishment.
The staff seemed to be accustomed to this atmosphere. I just left in disappointment, trashed the rest of my food at the corner, not to discourage other customers.

Everytime I go to this wendy's my food is always right and the only time I have to wait in the drive thru is when folks cant make up their minds but it seems like as soon as I get to the window my food is ready and the staff are all pretty cool too! So as far as the first review go ahead and disregard bc on everything I love this wendy's rocks!
