This is the second time in two weeks that I go to the drive through and ask for a vanilla smoothie and they tell me the machine is broken, all I want is a smoothie, I don't know what the problem is but please fix it

Consistency varies widely hour to hour, but the inside has been remodeled and is pretty nice.
