Great food service isn't the best though.

The service at the restaurant has always been lacking but tonight they outdid themselves. My order was not taken until I hollered "Hello?" at the speaker, the total was given without the customary readback of the order or a "pull to the window", and then the cashier tried to shortchange me. Deliberately. Why else would he have hid the change between the ten and the singles? And been totally unsurprised when I told him I was short 40 cents? Clearly he was trying to supplement his meagre wages at the customers' expense. And to add insult to injury, half the chicken nuggets were stone cold. I like Wendy's, but I am NEVER going to that location again.
