Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Cincinnati, Ohio, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

We arrived around 8:00pm 6/7/2015, 3 of the 4 employees were what seemed to be "on break". It took 10 minutes of my girlfriend standing at the counter being stared at by one of the other employees rather than help or let anyone in the back know she was up there. Anyways someone finally came up from the back and took her order. Took 10 minutes to get the food, while we ate 2 more customers had the same problem, the last one waited for 20 minutes for 2 meals.

What has happened to this Wendy's??? It used to be the best for service and accuracy. Now, constant mistakes, they leave food out that is paid for, the service is horrible. Driving up to the speaker, instead of getting how may I help you or even a hello, I get, "go ahead with your order, followed by an attitude and a tone that made me want to just drive away. Come to the window to collect order, no smile, no thank you and then driving away the drink is completely flat. I'm done with this place. Management needs to send their employees back to training...HORRIBLE!

This is the WORST Wendy's around the Cincinnati area. They have rude employees and HORRIBLE customer service. 8 out of the 10 times I have been thru their drive thru they have forgotten most of my meal. Then when you call back and expect to get a credit, the manager ANGELA argues with you, suggesting that you are lying! I will NEVER be back at this Wendy's!!!

There was a giant BUG in my salad. I keep trying to post a photo of it but they won't let me. Don't eat here.
