I have been going to this Wendy's for the 3 years I work at a company around the corner. I always ask for fries with no salt because I can't have salt, and normally they give me fresh fries. Today I had to pull up at drive thru and wait for my fries. I waited a good 3 minutes for my food to come out. I got to work opened my bag to find a box full of what looked like torn apart fries that you can tell somebody grabbed a handful of fries to tear apart and they were warm instead of hot like they should have been, a couple of them looked like a baby took a bite and put back in the box. I called and talked to the manager and he told me when they were pulling the fries out that they broke apart, but when I asked why weren't they hot, he had no answer except we can give you a coupon.
What in the hell makes him think I want to come back to his store especially when he lied to me about making fresh fries, he obviously doesn't know how to handle disgruntled customers as a Manager, he unfortunately made me start cussing so I just hung up, but I am not happy, There are 350 people in the building I work in, I will make sure they lose a lot of business behind that. My colleagues looked at my lunch and was disgusted as well. I took a picture of the fries I wish I could attach to this email. I am so mad.
