Have been here many times and recently I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever acknowledged the excessive time. The time before that, we went inside at 7pm and only two guests were in line before us. Half of our group got tired of the wait, walked to the Taco Bell next door, ordered and came back and we still had not even placed our order. Staff are generally rude (and slow) and management does not care. We live within walking distance but will drive to the next closest Wendy 's rather than going here. Quite possibly the worst "fast" food restaurant ever. If you see a line it's not because they are popular, they probably just have all of their customers in the last 30 minutes still in line. Avoid at all costs.
