If you are looking for the closest Wendy's in downtown Columbus, then this is the spot. It's typically very busy at lunch time due to demand. If you arrive by 11:30am you can beat the lunch rush.

I ordered sweet tea instead I got un sweet tea when I came back to the location I went in drive thru and said I just came and ordered the sweet tea and it's not sweet. She says hold on and starts mumbling and comes back on and says sorry we are out of sweet tea. So instead of telling me the first time they thought I would leave and not say anything instead of offering me something diffrent how rude!

I've been to this location multiple times during non-meal time hours and had no complaints but I just thought it was like any other Wendy's. I visited today during the peak of the lunch rush and was really impressed at how quickly they were able to get people in and out the door. The guy at the register was nice. The guy putting out the orders was working above and beyond his job requirements. Clean place too.

I have been to this Wendy's many times. I usually go to this Wendy's once or twice a week for my lunch break. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The food is good and prepared fast. They are more than happy to accommodate any special requests you have (I usually ask for chicken nuggets fresh from the fryer and they drop them fresh just for me). The restroom is always clean and the condiment/utensil counter is always fully stocked. Also, there are two Coke drink mix fountains (the ones that have hundreds of flavors) and I have never been there when they were out of a flavor I wanted. It has always been where at least one of the machines has the drink I want. I highly recommend this Wendy's; it is the epitome of what an excellent fast food experience should be like.
