amazing cheseburger, simply amazing. Great service too, very dedicated. 4 stars only because I live so far away, but this is an absolutely perfect restaurant with a not-so amazing cheseburger

Trust me when I say that I'm not the type of person to expect a 5-star experience at a fast food restaurant and hastily write a bad review if I receive anything less than a gourmet meal. It's not about that. On that note, I would complain to the manager directly, but I reached a voicemail. (Good customer service.)

The thing that bothers me is the lack of professionalism and quality service. I have gone to this location numerous times after working 13 hours and needing a quick meal, each time more disappointing than the last. Most recently, I ordered only two items (a large fry and baked potato) and received only a cold baked potato. Really? They literally left out half of the order - and it was ALL on the receipt! Two items shouldn't be that difficult to manage, and this isn't the first time that I've been charged for food only to find that it's not in the bag.

So careless!

Went though the line and asked for separate order twice but still didnt do them separately till we got to the window. For the first order he gave me back 5 dollars to much and i gave it back but then over charged on second order which i asked for the receipt he told me it would be in the bag. When i got to the next window i found i was over charged 3 dollars which i got back. Then i found out after all that the sandwich had onions on when i asked for no onions.
