Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Columbus, Ohio, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

Stopped in the drive thru. The cashier was rude and while I waited for my food received lots of dirty looks through the window. When I got my food they forgot the fries. Walked inside where I was ignored as I stood there with a receipt and bag of food in my hand. When finally approached they lady referred to me as "this dam white boy". I told her my fries were missing she told me I had to wait and helped other people standing in the inside line who came in after I did. Left without the fries. Not gonna be treated like that! Will not be returning to your racist Wendy's...

Even though the location is sort of shady, 9/10 times I get really friendly service from this Wendy's, that 10th time the person is just like a normal fast food worker, not rude but not great. It's the main reason I go back. Sure the wait times can be long but as long as my food is hot I don't care.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Extremely slow and inefficient. Forgetful and off the mark staff. Told us to wait to order so their order times didn't get too long.

Slightly better fast food than other fast food joints, plus the drive through at this location is reasonably fast.

Actually only open 'til 1, but served me at 1:01 tonight because I had no idea. Everyone at the window was really awesome about it, and there were fresh fries at the end of the night, to boot!
