Went to get some food for my daughter around noon and I wanted to use a gift card.for some reason the card was declined even though it dId have money in it,so I went to check the card's balance to show it to the cashier ,then she said that her boss had already paid for the meal,I want to express my gratitude to him via this post because not a lot of people do acts of kindness for no reason nowadays ,so to whoever reads this I encourage you to do the same .thank you

This place has very serious service issues.

Food:

Service has been hit or miss at this location. Sometimes I am extremely satisfied and other times my food is cold. Management should emphasise consistently delivering a quality experience.

The last 3 times I've gone I've had issues. the first time, I went 30 minutes before close (according to their hours on the door and window), sat at the drive through speaker for over 5 minutes and nobody took my order. I left.

The next time they had advertisements for the jalapeño fresco sandwich thing on the menu board and on the speaker screen, so I ordered one -- only to be told (in a very condescending tone) that they were discontinued. I ordered a potato, they were out.

Today I tried again. I waited in line for 10 minutes (no problem, it was busy) only to again be told they were out of potatoes. No problem, I ordered something else. wait 5 more minutes. We pull up to pay and are told that the credit card machine is down. We don't have cash. The woman takes our card, closes the window, tries to swipe it a few times and then tells us again it's down. Never apologizes for the inconvenience, never mentioned it while we were in line, never told us what to do, just gave us a blank stare and kept shrugging and saying the machine was down. So we drove off.

Very very disappointed. Again.

Fast and quick service. Called in a large order, there was a minimum wait time and the food was hot and fresh. manager is a down to earth individual, greets each customer with a smile, and offers extra sauces. When eating your nuggets, you always need extra sauces.
