Waited in the line for drive thru for good 7 minutes and when we were about to order, the lady tells us they are now closed. ...... Pathetic service.

never was given the total on a place to order was talking to my son about school then pulled up to the pay window and asked I didn't know what the total was. So the cashier came over and said sorry what your total was this much and then proceeded to close the window then said have a good day and I said I ain't even got my food yet. So when I finally received my order they told me that they were out of cashews I ordered the Asian cashew chicken sandwich and I said you should have told me that when I ordered it they just pretend to say sorry we're very sorry. It's no wonder why they keep on having signs all year long on the marquee hiring cashiers and managers Wendy's really doesn't care if they did they respond to our complaints

Were very rude when I ordered. Didn't even give me the correct order. I called and had to drive back to get the right order. When I got there they still had no clue what to give me. Had to talk to 3 different people to get the correct order and they were all extremely rude like I was the inconvenience, when they inconvenienced me.

Got my order wrong in the drive thru, I trusted them that my order would be right, but it was not.
Wrong sandwich, wrong drink, wrong size fries, no crackers or spoon for my chili.
Nice surprise when I got back to my hotel, I will not be visiting this location when I am in Houston again.
