This place use to be great, but the workers are something else. They either can't hear me when I'm placing my order or they give me my order wrong. On top of that, the workers are rude and aren't even polite.

Every time I go here I spend about 25 dollars and they never can get my order correct its sad!!! I will stop going here and spend my money somewhere else

Worst place. I don't wanna talk about the food quality. I wanna talk about the workers and the manager. Usually I'm not a 60 year old guy complaining about everything but this place is by far one of the worst Wendys i've been to. The worker takes way too long just to understand my small order of number 1 with small drink. The fat black girl that works there charged me for 2 drinks extra on my original 2 meals and didnt give me a receipt. List goes on and on. I hope they change the whole entire staff, for now I'm not going there anymore and I'll mention my horrible experiences to everyone I know.

I have been picking up Christmas Eve chili from this particular Wendy's since about 1986 - may have used a different store at first - and am always delighted with their service. Today, I can't seem to get an answer by phone. I ordered the chili yesterday and was told to call today as a reminder at 3:00 pm. Hope all is well and that it will still be ready at 5 pm as promised. If there was an email address, I would use that. Merry Christmas everyone!
