This Wendys has decent reviews so I gave it a shot. Big mistake. The obese ghetto women serving me were very rude. They didn't secure the cup lid and it spilled ALL OVER my truck. They acted like I was asking the world to get another drink.

The inedible medium sized meal was nearly $10 too. No more Houston Wendy's for me. They all seem terrible.

The guy at the drive thru was so rude & gross. He burped on the headset while I was deciding what to order, so I just left & drove to another Wendy's. Everyone else seem nice even though I heard they're rude, but the guy really needs to work on his customer service, he obviously has no home training.

Complete trash. We came in off of the bike on a hot day, and ordered 3 drinks. 2 frostys and a soda. We walked up to very complicated machine, and attempted to get a drink. Well, apparently, we can't stand at the machine for over 60 seconds. THE SCORE WAS EMPTY. The lady felt that it was necessary to walk around and tell us that "we can't stand there and drink soda all day". We had poured a half cup full, only to notice that it was just carbonated water.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to.

Great service through the drive through. Polite attendant speaking and accurate delivery of orders.
