Burger was salty AF fries weren't done right. The only thing good i got was the drink... Just because i was thirsty. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Had my 1st cheddar and broccoli baked potato today!... Worst Wendy's EVER!!! Totally scarred my taste for Wendy's. I opened my baked potato meal stirred it up!... AND WHAT DID I FIND?

I FOUND A DISGUSTING COCKROACH INSIDE. I WANTED TO PUKE. So I threw it away and thought maybe the salad I ordered might be decent. Lettuce was gross an slimy, cherry tomatoes were brown spotted!

After calling this location someone answered didn't answer saying who they were. I told them their nasty food had cockroaches. The guy said he baked the potato and everything was covered.. Bullshit how did a cockroach make its way into my food, I wouldn't waste money just to ruin the food. I asked for the manager and he replied "I am the manager". Very rude and unprofessional. Offered me another one or my money back....
Yeah like I am so hungry after seeing cockroaches in my food.

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Unfortunately this is the closest wendys to my house so when it's late and I need to grab a quick bite on my way home I try and give this place the benefit of the doubt but all three times that I have gone I am greeted by a rude and incompetent staff. My most recent visit was 5/30/15 around 11pm. Once again the cups they gave me were soggy as if they had been sitting out in the rain; the first time this happened the bottoms of the cups busted completely through! , this time the girls at the window hand us the cup holder, which was also very flimsy and soggy, causing the heaviest drink to tip over inside of my car! There was a big puddle of soda all over my pants and the floor of my car! And the idiot has the nerve to say "are you gonna want another one!" By the time I get home the bag they stuffed all three meals in was beginning to rip at the bottom and the 3 frosties we ordered weren't even in the regular small cups instead they put them in the even smaller kids cups, the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers were just a big sloppy mess with slimy lettuce and tomatoes! I WILL NOT VISIT THIS WENDYS AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE BOTHER EITHER. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS HOW THE OWNER RUNS HIS BUSINESS OR IF HE SIMPLY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON INSIDE OF HIS OWN LOCATION BUT THIS PLACE COULD DEFINITELY USE A NEW OWNER AND A NEW STAFF!!!!!! THIS LOCATION GIVES WENDYS A BAD REPUTATION!
