Pretty on the outside but nothing inside has changed inside in regards to food and or customer service.
05 May 2015 visit: 1) Customer service was less than below par 2) Ordered fries, not in the bag. Went back into the store & same associate gave an attitude and questioned what was missing. Yes we did get the fries, albeit, heavy on the attitude & cold 3) I specifically requested lettuce, tomato and onion, sales associate assured me it comes on the burger automatically. Got home and my double with cheese had an over-abundance of ketchup and mustard but you guessed it, sans the lettuce, tomato and onion. 4) burger was dry, as if it was sitting for a long while

Needless to say, 1st time in years (stopped patronizing due to poor customer service) and I will not be back again
