One star is too much. The service is horrible. I have given this store too many chances. I am done with this Wendy. The drink area is always nasty. Today, I waited in the drive through line for 25 minute and they tell me they are out of fries. How do you run out of fries? Again, I am done.

The service is garbage, which goes along just fine with the trash they serve. Do yourself a favor and go make yourself a PBJ or something.

I have been to this store multiple times sometimes the fries are served old and cold, but the last time I was in I ordered a large drink with a medium fries the fries were fresh but they ran out of large cups so they gave me a smaller cup & told me I had unlimited refills instead of refunding the extra charge. I do not have unlimited time at lunch I eat and leave. Service can be improved so I emailed the CO. I was automatically told somebody would get back to me within 48 hours that never happened they never got back to me. I will bring my family to the competition at least they respond to there customers.
