02/21/2016 9:28 pmWorst customer service I have ever experienced. No one was in line and my family and I were waiting to order. We stood there for about 5 minutes while the cashier just stared at us and said "oh well I'm done, I don't care" meanwhile the other 4 or 5 workers just stood there and watched. We waited another minute or two before a manager came over and told us to wait while Benita, the cashier continued to state that she didn't care if she had customers or not. My family and I decided to leave! I have never had to deal with such ignorant people in my life. We will not be going back there anytime soon!!!! |

12/29/2015 2:55 amThis has got to be the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to! There is always at least a 15 minute wait in the drive thru & if you go in, there's a long wait in there too! I used to work at Wendy's when I was younger so I can understand that it takes some time to put an order together, but 15 minutes to even say your order in the drive thru & when you finally get the food it's stone cold. The service there is atrocious, I had a manager, yes a manager, throw ketchup packets at me just because I asked for some, the team members just don't care, probably because they're a bunch of teenagers, and each person has given me major attitude. I try to avoid this one as much as humanly possible which is ridiculous since I live right around the corner. If I want some nuggets or a spicy chicken sandwich, I'll drive down to the better one on city line ave by St. Joe's :( Just close this one up! |
