New build of this Ohio franchise, including new seating areas inside, and a fountain machine with hundreds of combination flavors.

I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes and when I received my order that included two meals, two additional burgers, and a kids meal, two of the meals were incorrect. I asked for no mayo and there was mayo on it. Anyone who doesn't like mayonnaise knows that getting a sandwich with mayo on it when u asked for none will ruin the sandwich and make it not even edible!!! Very upset. I tried to call since I didn't have time to go back and the line was busy for the entire day!!! I will never go to this location again

Don't be fooled by the exterior.
It may look and feel nice to eat here after the remodeling, however, while I was ordering the cashier and another employee got into a verbal and physical fight. Of course the cashier who was taking my order messed up the transaction because she was distracted, so i couldn't even cancel the order. thus ended up waiting for 30 minutes. Also it was pathetic that the guys were incapable to hold down the fight between two women. Meanwhile four police officer who were sitting across seemed to enjoy their meal.

The people here are usually nice. The manager is often seen helping out with orders. It is fairly clean, but it seems the men's room needs attention more often (on one visit, the paper towels were out. on another visit, the soap was out).

Orders are taken with haste. The food is average at worst. Their pop (soft drink) machine has many types/flavors.

It is a relatively comfortable dining area.

The rebuild at this Wendy's (and at the West Liberty Avenue location, too) are incredible improvements.

I did not give it five stars because it seems like it is on a slow decline. I eat there once a month on average - and each time, it is a little more unkempt, it seems. I hope they keep it efficient and CLEAN.
