Very slow service. Outside trash bins are always filled to overflowing, even in the morning. Staff is usually clueless.

Nothing the lunch drive thru guy let another customer jump ahead of line after waiting about 15 minutes total from the time I pulled into the lot . I understand being busy but there is no excuse make him go back around.....everyone is in a hurry not just him...I paid full price for my order got my card back and then he wanted it back because I took it out of his fragile little hands to hard he said .I told him to give me my food so I could just go. He closed the window played with the register and then proceeded to hand me cash back for a refund. I asked for the manager and he shut the window again and would not open it again...really nice way to treat loyal customers I will starve before I go back to this location....

Understaffed; super slow at mealtimes. Not the staff's fault.

Terrible drivethru service. They charged me extra for toppings that already comes on my sandwich, and when I inquired, they acknowledged the mistake, apologized, but then asked to pay for the order first before correcting the overcharge......but then they didn't fix the overcharge, and conveniently did not give me a receipt in my bag! The food was slapped together, and my daughter's sandwich, when we got home, was missing condiments. OH!, and there were all these majorly burnt fries mixed in with our fry orders! The other Wendy's down the road has been horrible for some time now, and now THIS one. Wendy's has definitely lost my business.

worst food and service hands down ive ever seen got my 3 year old a chicken nugget kids meal and the chicken was raw my burger was pink fries had probably been sitting out all night and the manager and other staff just look clueless and and have no people skills and take no accountability for being pieces of crap they should shut that place down who serves a kid undercooked food its pathetic
