This Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to, and employs the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with in my life. They have never once got our order correct, and on numerous occasions have forgot at least half the items. In turn, we have to drive back and get the rest of our food from these unintelligent rude lackeys. One girl had the nerve to raise her voice at my husband when asked to repeat what she said...Yeah I don't think so, no wonder you work where you do.

I used the drive-thru my daughter was asleep in back seat,A very ( I really hate my job ) voice took our order ,very simple,the NEW expensive SPICY COD and two Jr. Deluxe with a large order of fries...simple...right? First window please...that will be $ 9.27 (swipe)...thanks..pull up to the next wi-mummble mummble ( slam ! )
Sir can you pull up to the gate ..we have to wait a minute on your cod.
Well...one minute later there's the employee with my bag...." here"..( slam ).
By this time you might be thinking i was there during the busy part of the day with all the doors being slammed in our face and the limited vocabulary of the employees.....you would be wrong ..it was 2;15 p.m........!!!
The WORST is yet to come...after pulling away i was somewhat suspicious as to the contents...i pull across the street and found the LARGE $2.19 carton of fries was a little over half full and contained the left over burnt fries from the lunch crowd...the consistency of POTATO CHIPS ! I quickly pulled thru and exchanged but nobody wanted to know why?!?,after making it home i like to serve the burgers on a plate to the kids with a share of fries and catsup.
The children wouldn't eat the burgers because the were hard as rocks and black as coal....i unwrapped my "fresh spicy cod' that i had to wait that minute for..i took three bites dry as sand and crunched like peanut brittle and no spice anywhere....the whole experience was a disappointing rip-off.
I recommend If you go to THIS particular WENDY'S...stand at the counter AFTER you receive your order and and inspect EVERYTHING ,i can guarantee EVERY bag will have to be re-done!
