Turn the music down for goodness sakes. Seriously, you can't hear a phone call or have a conversation. I brought it to the management and he did nothing and smirked at me. Way to show a daily customer great customer service!

Food has no taste and service is terrible.

They do not know how to count change, they do not know how to ring up items correctly. They have a terrible attitude and the managers are not any better.
The place is very unkempt and so are the employees. Food is very cold and stale.

Upper management rectified problem and were very nice, but there's no reason that employees should treat customers this way.

There's nothing to like about this place. They are slower than anyplace I've ever been to. And you'll be lucky if they get your order right.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The food is the same as all of the others but service is terrible. Staff is rude. The drive thru takes FOREVER. It is the closest to my house and so I do go here fairly often and every time I am shocked at how long it takes at the drive thru and the disinterest and contempt that staff shows (I don't know why its the same every time).
