Their people skills are horrible! The managers are supposed to set an example and they're just as bad if not worse. I think that they need etiquette training. I'm not saying that customer is always right because that isn't always the case but if you don't like your job then maybe it's time to search for a new job! My experience there has been bad on numerous occasions and I'm finally over it. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Just like everyone else said, terrible service, poor food preparation hygiene and worst customer service. Management should be fired. I know plenty of veterans locally looking for jobs that could whip that place into shape.

I live close to this Wendy's however I drive out to the WENDY'S ON BAUM BOULEVARD...... (wink wink)
