Employees were very rude were not friendly, could not get the order right and had horrible attitudes and over charged me, after waiting about 20 minutes for our order, this was addressed and asked for it to be corrected the employee said "Well, the manager is throwing a tantrum right now so I don't know what you want me to do but you can go talk to her yourself" the food was not cooked right, the meat was still pink, this is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I won't be eating from Wendy's ever again after this I wanted a refund and they refused me.... If I could rate this NO stars I would....

They can't even get a frosty right. They serve me this melted mush in a cone and expect me to eat it. No receipt offered and they pulled me up for a cone. I called and no answer. WORST WENDYS EVER!! Never go! Save your money. Expect to be treated like the trash behind the counter.

Husband ordered drivethru today and got home w/ the nastiest cold food I've ever tasted. I sit here typing this and he's run off to the bathroom with the runs. The onions on my burger were either grilled or decayed to the point of resembling flaccid dead earthworms. Disgusting. The spicy nuggets had probably been swept up from the floor sometime last month. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!! Simply awful.
