I don't hardly EVER go to Wendy's. I think I've been to Wendy's about three or four times in my whole life. That little girl, Jasmine in the Drive Thru is a Peach! She was lovely and smiled, said Welcome, took my order (correctly!), She said ma'am, and told me Thank You when I left. Keep her, she made my day.

Food:

The people there are rude they don't say hello welcome to Wendy's no smiles its just what you want ? & give me your money !!!! I can say though there's this one black woman manger with big eyes & a little squeaky voice she is so nice she appreciate her job & my time shout out to you the one who drives the clean grills truck ,lol

They seem to have some non-menu options that the employees have to offer. I was offered a single, double or triple meat Baconator, and when I asked the price difference was had the window shut in my face. I decided not to press the issue as I would just check the recepte but low and behold, it did not make it into the bag. I called the direct Customer service number (not the one on the bag, the one that gets you straight to a living person, google it) and was told both Baconator and Son of Baconator are double meat burgers only.

We were the only people in the restaurant just me and my wife. Then a family walked in after ordered very similar and got all their food before us. After that there was a wait for us to get our food. After it all order was still wrong.

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
Went inside, nobody in line, about two cars in the drive-thru.

Waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter to take our order; never even an acknowledgement such as "Hey, be right with you!" just silence until I started tapping the counter.

After placing our order, which consisted of a Triple Burger plain meal, a #1 mean, and 3 orders of nuggets, 2 regular 1 spicy; we proceeded to wait for roughly 30 minutes.

In that time, 4 different groups of people came into the restaurant, 2 of which asked us how long we had been waiting and then promptly walked out after we answered.

The other two placed similar, small, simple orders. The man who had entered 3rd was served his food before us and the couple behind us.

One two occasions, people from the drive-thru line walked into to complain about the wait, asking where their food was.

All the while, a bright-hair woman kept yelling at people in the back with her high-pitched voice, barking orders and asking us to verify what we had ordered a bunch of times.

Normally, while annoying this would not have posed a problem for me, but I drove over here to grab a quick bite on my lunch break. 5-minute drive round-trip, should have had plenty of time; but due to the complete lack of service I was of course late back from my lunch break.

To top it all off, I would have at least expected the food to be fresh after waiting longer than I do at most sit-down restaurants. But no, the nuggets were hard, burgers were mushy and look warm, and the fries tasted like they were from lunch shift yesterday.

Also, never once got so much as a "Sorry for the wait" none of the staff seemed apologetic or even concerned; mostly just annoyed we were there at all.
