Fastest drive thru I've ever experienced.

Very bad service. The guy at the window try to keep my change and I paid for 2 large fries and he refused to give them to be me.

I just got food here, they got all of the 4 sandwiches I ordered wrong, and even after I told them about this, they gave me a "baconator" that was 1 patty of beef, one peice of cheese and one peice of bacon. These people must be a special breed of idiot.

I've have been to this location many times in my years of living on this side of San Antonio and I would say they get the orders right about 90% of the time. Although this past year I've been here a handful of times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go through the drive-thru, they never get the order right. I started going to the Wendy's on Culebra going towards 1604, even though it's a little further since they get the order right but I didn't feel like driving tonight so I decided to give this location another shot and boy did I make a big mistake. Place my order very clearly on the microphone and even saw the cashier enter on the screen correctly and when I get home, I find some sort of chicken sandwich in my bag. Had to go back for them to correct the order and when I pull up in the drive-thru and inform them of the mistake they made, the cashier looks puzzled and bothered as if she was doing something more important than her job. Didn't even apologize for getting the order wrong or even say a word. Don't waste your time on this location and drive a little extra to a location that'll actually get the order right.
