Horrible customer service. Workers seem to always give attitude and food is never fresh when I do order from there. Business hours are not correct either, store hours says 9:30 am but was told they are not opened until 10am. Store manager named Angela (who refused to offer store # or her last name) was very rude. Happy to make complaint to corporate.

Food:

Bad customer service. Mess up the order 2. There was any customers in there. A male cashier yawned in my mom face, disrespect. And he was sneezes everywhere, texting, started talking to another female cashier. Blocking a lady and her daughter in line. He kept talking the female cashier, and the lady and her daughter didn't get to order there food. And left. We will never come back.

Food:

Waited 20 plus minutes for food.
The man in front of me got his burger after waiting 20 minutes he said it was cold.
No toy for happy meal and offered ice cream but never received ice cream.
By far worst customer service ever.
While ordering the manager could not even focus on taking our order.
Just plain bad!

11/23 at around 7:15pm My husband ordered, was asked to pull up, and was then had his food brought out. No fries, chicken on the salad (ordered no chicken). He got home, and then had to turn around and go back. He was then accused of lying by the MANAGER about not having fries! If you go to this location and wonder how the employees get away with treating the customers so shabbily, wonder no longer.

I'm not sure what to say about the service that I received this morning thru your drivethru. The lady that took my order and payment was extremely rude and bad mattered. It's morning time why are you such a sour person and especially to the consumers, I will not be returning to this Wendy's whatsoever. Sad part is I was really looking forward to a good experience, since I've never dinned there before. Maybe Americans are naturally rude in the morning.
