I enjoyed eating here! The young lady who attended us was very helpful and friendly. Very clean too! 10/10

I come here quiet often this and a other on in seattle. And both some how always manage to forget something... the 4 for 4 deal is great. But the first time I came there were no nuggets. And I was 6 miles away by the time I noticed so I didn't care to turn around to get them in traffic. They usually for get a straw or my dip. Which I usually brush off. But today a guy was at the window and I was nice. He was pre occupied I understand. He came back with my bag. Asked if he had handed me my drink I said yes. But I didn't get a straw. " Oh you want 2 straws?" Then he hands me 2 straws. I said no. But I just drove off. Then I got down the road and was missing my sauce again... sounds silly but it happens all the time! I come to drive through so I don't have to get out of the car....

5 stars for 5 for $4 with the 4 for $4 deal and a free junior frosty with your keychain coupon. Tough to beat.

Tonight Sept.15,2013 @ 5p.m. approx. I experienced the worst customer service imaginable. I came in to dry off and have something to eat after being in the rain. After I got what I ordered which I did enjoy, I sat down and when I finished I went back up to the counter and after slipping around on their newly mopped floor that was apparently dry, I brought the very very slippery floor to the attention of the girl behind the counter and she just yawned without covering her mouth; saying, well there is a sign - pointing to the one outside the line up area. I think the child thinks she's beneath all this service thing and deserves $15.00/hour with an attitude like that. They must have used too much soap in the mop bucket. She seemed very bored or not impressed with my comment. And that is not even the half of it. It surprised me that customer service in a place like that was, so out of date. Oh well! Never again to Wendys on Lake City Way. I'll be phoning the manager in the event they don't read this and copy corporate because this was the epitome of what bad customer service really looks like.
