Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Tulsa, Oklahoma Restaurant Details

I've never had a problem with the food here, at least once I get the food I order. This particular Wendy's requires that you check your drive-thru order at once. Too many times, I waited until I got home to find out that they gave us the wrong items or completely left out items. I've never had the attitude from employees as some have mentioned here. That's probably because I try very hard to calm down before talking to anybody and being extra nice. Not that I haven't wanted to go off; I'd just rather not have my replacement food spat on.

One of the night managers here is a pretty cool dude and I know he's always careful to check my order but you never know which evenings he works. It is always a crap shoot.

The problem is easily solved by checking your order before leaving, but COME ON!! This bunch really needs to focus.

My boyfriend and I had ordered chicken sandwhich combos, one spicy and the other regular. They got my order right and not his. They gave him a regular instead of spicy. The sandwiches were not that great! Employees were standing on the line not doing anything besides talking and on their cell phones when there were tables that needed to be cleaned. I went to the bathroom, no toilet paper (had to use paper towels) and the toilet seat had urine and poo on it! They weren't that busy so someone could be cleaning instead of talking! Never saw the manager the whole timely until we were about to leave. He was baracaded in the bathroom the whole time we were there. My boyfriend couldn't even use the restroom nor another customer! The manager was about as immature as the employees, if not worse! Worst Wendy's I've ever been to!! There was no point of gettting our sandwich fixed because we were afraid someone might spit on our food! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Just went to this wendys drive thru for lunch. I ordered a son of a baconator combo and when i got back to work saw that they gave me a chicken sandwich instead. Not sure how you confuse these two and they didnt give me a receipt either.

Absolutely the worst wendys in TULSA OK. They couldn't get a meal right if you wrote it down and gave directions. A older lady inside who obviously really hates her job.. you can see it written all over her face blamed me for my sandwich being wrong.. I've ordered my own food now for quite awhile im completely capable of knowing how I order my food. They are extremely rude the manger mike was the only one who was nice and took care of the problems I've had. I've had atleast 5-6 issues with this wendys and 3 of them happend in two days over the same thing.. if its that hard to make a Sandwich plain then maybe its time to consider shutting down. The other manger she pretty much called me a liar when I went in because mike said they would make it right.. believe me I wouldn't waste my time to lie and get a free hamburger especially from there.. it was wrong not once but twice and I go in to get my "free" hamburger once the manger finally shut her mouth and realized I was right they made my sandwich I decided to eat inside and SURPRISE! even the free one was wrong. The manger is horrible her attitude is disgusting she should never be allowed to get loud with a customer over one freaking hamburger what a joke. If I was trying to get a bunch of free stuff from there I would understand all I expected of them considering they call themselves a business was a little bit of respect and one hamburger tk be right. Its not a complicated task the sad part is they are all older very aware of there comments and how to act. I can't say anyone I know that has been to this wendys would care if it was shut down. Its a horrible place the service isn't even poor or fair its far below that they are an embarrassment and I would recommend saving time and going anywhere else. They aren't worth it. it is a bottom of the barrel wendys. HAVE IT SHUT DOWN!!
