Wendy's, Phoenix, Arizona Restaurant Details

Bit into my home style chicken sandwich it was raw and cold. Two days later got a fever and food poisoning. Eat at your own risk.

Even though I think Wendy's is overpriced and against my good judgement I decided to stop by for old times sakes..big mistake, I decided to use their drive-thru, like was long (5) car's by the time I got ti the speaker, the cashier said she would take my order at the window, after waiting for so long to get to the window, I stood 3-5 minutes at the window before I decided to hit chick-fil-a down the street.

Just ate there not even an hour ago. Came to google to share my terrible experience. Waited 7 minutes on simple burgers to be made. The drinks are behind the counter so you cannot refill your drinks yourself and cannot pick a new drink type. While I was waiting I saw an employee transfering food from a dine in tray to a take out bag and when picking up the fries (ready to eat foods) her fingers touched some of them. Working in the food industry I know this is an absolute no no! Very dissapointed and will not be eating here again. Needless go say my burgers were both cold with unmelted cheese. I ate half the first one (giving it a chance) then discarded it as it was cold. Opened the second, took one bite.. spit it out and left. The only thing that I can say was good was the 4 pc chicken nuggets which the employee managed to not touch this time around.

We recently went to this location and order a grilled chicken salad and the chicken looked like it was there for an extended amount of time, and when I asked for a freshly made chicken the cashier rolled her eyes and said for me to wait because she "needed authorization from a manager". When the manager finally came she was rude and seemed mad at the fact that I was complaining to get a fresh chicken for my salad. We will never return to this Wendy's and I would not recommend this restaurant!!!!!!!

After going to eat with my honey we waited to get our order and wanted a baconator which is really delicious and after waiting almost 20 minutes they gave us a value size cheese burger and I was really upset I had to wait atleast 15 minutes more and they gave us the right order we went to get ketchup for the fries and the containers were empty like some one vacuum sealed it this staff was horrible and at halfway eating the baconator I caught a long white piece of hair I got out angry I seriously do not recommend this place to anyone plus when you get the value size and the medium size frosty your basically paying more for the medium sized frosty as a value size the workers slack too much and the bathroom smell gets out all the way to the cashier
