Wendy's, Phoenix, Arizona Restaurant Details

It's wendy's but it's clean and people were nice.

Where to begin? I worked at 26th st and Camelback and only got 30 min lunch's so my choices were limited. This wendy's happened to be the most convenient spot. Over a few months time i experienced the most problematic customer service issues i have encountered anywhere.

The few instances that stick in my mind:
-1 out of 2 times i ordered a plain chicken sandwich they gave it to me with mayo and lettuce
- In one instance i ordered for a few people at the office, they decided it was a good idea to try and fit 4 times as much food into the same sized bag they normally give me. Which meant by the time i got to the office, they were basically flat as cardboard.

At first it was tolerable because at least when i called Gus or Rosa they would fix the problem. However, when they continued to f*ck up my orders and i continued to call and complain, they decided that I must be making it up, instead of looking to their staff to fix the problem. I literally asked for their cellphone #s so i could text them pictures of the messed up orders.

They had an issue because I wasn't able to bring the orders back right away, but i only had 30 mins for lunch and even though i wouldn't eat a sandwich with mayo and lettuce my coworkers would so why let it go to waste? Am I supposed to bring it back just so they can throw it in the trash? when i ordered it correctly, it was rung in correctly, and their kitchen messed it up?

The very last time i was there i was just driving my coworker steve so he could get his order replaced that they messed up the day before. He had already called and spoken with rosa the day before. She told him to come back and they would replace it. When we arrived and told the employee on the speakerphone that we had spoken to rosa yesterday she said hold on and then Gus got on the speaker. He started yelling and cursing and stated that we always complained and we were scamming him and said he would not replace the food. I told him if the food was right i wouldn't complain. I parked and my coworker steve walked in and somehow managed to get his money back.

I was a Manager at Taco Bell on Power/Mckellips the last stop before the river(ie. consistently top 5 in the state for volume) for years. And the way this restaurant is run is clearly below-par.

ok so, I went there on 1/28/15, it was busy and I got the wrong order and didn't realize til I got home. check your food people when it's busy, my mistake. upon re arriving to complain that I spent 8 dollars on 2 dollars worth of food, the manager Gustavo was extremely nice, apologized and even upgraded my fries and drink to a medium maybe large, I don't know. needless to say I'm going back just because of the service I received. -Eric

They don't seem very organized, got my order out in a timely manner but the manager seemed to have a bit of trouble getting the employees working.
