Wendy's, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

Ever since the renovation I've had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are all friendly and the managers make sure everything went well. The new atmosphere feels great and they have one of those crazy select anything drink machines. Very fast service every time I visit.

Food:

The service is horrible. Employees are rude and they steal. Never use your bank card with this estsblishment because they will apply false charges after you leave.

Food:

the renovation looks good. However, a second menu sign for those waiting in the drive-thru would help the efficiency of it. We could make our choices BEFORE we get to the mic to order.

Food:

We went in around 9:00pm on Saturday, 3/8/14. This is a very new building so I expected it to be really clean and well run as has been the case with other fast food restaurant updates in the area. However, what I found was a very poorly run and dirty place.

When we came in, we waited several minutes for anyone to come to the counter to take our order. A lady who worked there just stood at the pick-up counter and talked to one of her friends in Spanish. She never acknowledged us or got anyone to help us. The girl who finally ran from the back and took our order was very nice, however.

The restaurant dining area was in shambles. Most tables were dirty and the service area (napkins, utensils, etc) was filthy. It had been wiped down poorly with a dirty rag which just smeared the filth and more filth was on top of it. The garbage cans were overflowing. I have owned two restaurants myself, and from what I saw, it was obvious that the management of this restaurant is very poor.

I like Wendy's for fast food burgers, but this restaurant is an embarrassment to Wendy's corporation, especially considering it is one of their new style stores that you'd think they would want to use to make a good impression. The 30 year old, outdated Bojangles across the street is far better maintained and run than this place.

Food:

This restaurant is fairly new and the style Wendy's is using for there new restaurants is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. The place is lade out very well and even comes with a fire place.

Now for the reason I gave it a 2 out of 5. I have been here twice both time just as horrible. The first time I came with my wife both of our burgers we soaked in grease as in it was literally dripping with grease and there was a puddle left in the wrapper. Now the second and last time I went there the burger was better this time however the fries were completely cold and they ended up giving me the wrong drink even thought the receipt had the correct on listed on it. I defiantly will not be giving them a third chance.
