Wendy's, Raleigh, North Carolina Restaurant Details

Food:

This is about 3.5 stars if I could rate halves. My criticism for this Wendy's is the quality is inconsistent. I can almost tell when management has recently visited because the food suddenly gets better. It goes downhill for a while until another managerial visit, then boom, awesome again. Overall, I like this location. The location is good for me and was recently remodeled. I like green lettuce and red ripe tomatoes on my food (imagine that, ripe veggies!) and the odds are fairly good that I'll get that along with good presentation (properly wrapped vs being thrown into the bag). No one has ever been rude to me here. I usually see the same lady working at this location and she is always nice.

Food:

I love the new decor since the remodel, and I have always gotten excellent service at this location. Everytime I drive through, I consistently get fresh, hot food. Especially the fries. Thanks!

Food:

This place is awful!! The employees are always with an ugly attitude toward the clients and all what they do is chat one another. These people don’t know what customer service is and the manager seem not to care at all in providing a good service. I think that the owner just threw the money to the trash redecorating and remodeling the place because the people that work there don’t clean the tables often and the floor. Nasty Place!!

Food:

I hate the restaurant with a passion because everytime I go there they have a really nasty attitude and I do not recieve the correct food. One employee that works there gave me a really funky attitude. I think her name was Nesia or something like that. Do not go there because the service stinks. The only thing that I love is the decor, but that is it.

Food:

The new location is great! The place was totally remodeled and it looks like a balance between fast food and casual dining. It's like "fast food plus"! The service was wonderful and the food was good.
