Wendy's, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Sucks, don't bother.

My food taste old and the bacon on my baked potato was burnt. Drive thru girl couldn't follow basic instructions

Found a plastic glove in the bottom of our drink. Staff wanted to replace the drink. No Thank You ! Won't be eating there again.

The computer system froze but they got the order through alright. However I found the girl at the counter to be a bit rude and impersonal. Love wendys but just not this one.

So yeah I've been here three times and everytime it gets worse.
Having worked food service I know sometimes you can get under pressure or backed up but this place is ridiculous.
The cashier swore in front of children, casually asked if fries had been dropped while a line of 20+ people waited, and moved like a sloth.
The service is rude. The trashcans are always full and if this building wasn't brand new I have no doubt it would have grease running down the walls.
So yeah go to the mcdonalds next door, they're way cooler
