Wendy's, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Everything was great last night, 12/16/2014 at 5:08 PM order number #186705 when my wife and I ate at this Wendy's. Especially the service! The Girl waiting on us was very friendly as was the young man who handed us our food. The food was exceptional and we loved the Christmas music that was playing. Real Christmas music and not just what is called Holiday music. We appreciated that very much. It seems to be missing from our culture these days. Please reward the people who waited on us and the management. The place was very clean as well. Keep up the good work!

I was trying to pay for my food at the window and the Wendy's employee was telling me what a pretty credit card I had when suddenly my daughter got sick at her stomach in the back seat and I had to let her out of the car.

Well, this Wendy's employee, a Black woman, suddenly got annoyed with me because I couldn't take my food while I was helping my daughter. Then she began criticizing me because my daughter was sick and I was having her stand outside the car behind the plants away from traffic. "That's UNSANITARY!" she complained. "You could have brought her in and had her use the bathroom. Now move your car because you're in the way of the people behind you." I was busy trying to make sure my daughter was OK at the same time I was collecting my order, and this Black woman could not stop pitching in her two cents and criticizing me to the other people working inside the window. Finally, so I wouldn't have to listen to her mouth anymore, I made sure my daughter was safe and then moved my car so she could deliver the food to the people behind me. As I walked back to the window, I heard her telling the people in the car behind me all my business and they were all looking at me and my daughter.

I called the manager to report her as soon as we got home and found out that she was telling all her co-workers that I was having my daughter pee in public. My daughter is five years old and just came down with the flu. This woman ought to be fired. I never expect to have myself or my family treated that way by food service people. There's no telling what they're doing to the food we're supposed to pay for and eat behind those windows! Just no END of ugly.
