Wendy's, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Order is always messed up, & pretty dirty. I loved going there forever but now it's not even worth it

The worst Wendy's. I was missing a sandwich, all of the sandwiches I did get were wrong, and the fries were cold. I also asked for regular coke and got diet.

Why ask what sauce I want when you're not going to put it in the bag? And if you ever hand me a drink through the drive thru that looks like it was washed in Coke and sticky because you were too lazy to wipe it off, you'll be getting it back unexpectedly.... No I realize I could wipe it off myself, but when you handed me the shopping wet cup I asked you for napkins so I could wipe it off myself instead of setting it in my cupholder and making that sticky too, you tell me that the napkins will be with my food and promptly close your window....
