Their customer service is better than most, and parking is adequate.

Horrible customer service. Waiting in line while three employees make one baked potato and no one can take my order! I walked out it was so rediculous.

The people here are really nice, and the food is great too. If you ask them, they will make your burger fresh, which is nice because the burger is hot thru and thru. I go here all the time and always get the best service.

Wendy's can be pretty good--as far as fast food goes--but this particular Wendy's is pretty gross. We also felt so ripped off by the poor value. I took my wife and son there for a meal, mostly because we were shopping there, and it cost us $15, even trying to save money. 3 people could easily spend $20. But honestly, $20 for Wendy's? Take your money to In-N-Out for great burgers, or try Ruby's in Mission Valley Mall. Little Cesar's has $5 pizza, and it's great pizza! (Waring Rd). Or, live a little and hit RaKaDeKa (Friars Rd & Mission Gorge), where $20 gets you some of the best Thai, or Panda Express (Grossmont Mall) if you just can't get off your addiction to Orange Chicken. Now, to be fair, my wife is headed to Wendy's today to take my son out for a treat, and Wendy's is one of the few places where you can get caffeine-free root beer. The one at Zion Rd and Friars is pretty clean.

I am 26 years old and I remember when Wendy's was the best burger place. So juicy and tasty. Now the taste is greasy, grisely, and not tasty anymore. Too bad that they down graded their tasty food. I do NOT go to Wendy's anymore.
